Someone exports it Friday afternoon for Monday's meeting, so it shows where things stood on Friday, not where they stand now.
It shows where each job was, not whether it will ship on time, so someone still walks the floor and asks. Ostrelle's just says to ask Dee.
The report is built from the jobs on the floor, and Lorrimer's job was never started, so its order isn't on it. It ships Friday.
Fenwrick's order went in after the total was set up, so the total only adds rows 2 and 3 and comes up $2,240 short. A wrong total looks just like a right one.

Questions
It depends on how yours lets other software in. Newer systems have an API, a built-in way for other software to read and write to them, and we connect through an account you create and control. Older systems on your own server keep their data in a database we can read with your permission. Some vendors charge for that access or require a certified partner, so we check yours before anything gets built. If your ERP is the problem itself, Custom ERP Systems may fit better.
