Repeat Orders

Know when a regular customer goes quiet.

Your order history already shows how often each customer buys each part. AI watches it and tells you when an order is overdue, while there's still time to call.

Where it goes wrong

How a regular customer drifted away.

Regular customers rarely say they're leaving. The orders just get smaller, then further apart, then stop.

Sample customer

  1. 1A new buyer

Their longtime buyer left in May. The new one didn't know your shop had made Part A for years.

  2. 2Half the usual order

July's order came in at 20 instead of 40, because another shop had quoted the new buyer a lower price.

  3. 3An order that never came

September went by with no order. Nobody was tracking when the next one was due, so it didn't stand out.

  4. 4A new version without you

In November a new version of Part A went out for quotes, and your shop wasn't asked.

How AI handles it

What AI does with your order history.

AI does the watching, and a person makes the call. Nothing goes to a customer until someone on your team sends it.

  1. 01

    Learns each customer's rhythm

AI reads your past orders and learns how often each customer buys each part, and how many they usually order.

  2. 02

    Flags late and shrinking orders

When an order is late or smaller than usual, that customer goes on a short list, with what they usually buy and when they last ordered.

  3. 03

    Drafts the check-in

AI writes a short note to whoever placed the last order, even a buyer who's new. Someone on your team reads it and sends it.

Questions

A few questions first.

We already have an ERP. Does this replace it?

No. We build on the system you already have. AI reads your order history from it, and your team keeps working where they always have.

See AI for Your ERP
How much order history does it need?

At least a year of orders, from your ERP, your accounting software or a spreadsheet. Two years is better, because some parts only run once or twice a year.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. If your drawings or customer files are under an NDA, we sign one before we see anything, and we only see what you choose to show us. For defense work, the AI can run on a computer in your building.
